Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. Perishable items like fresh flowers and custom made orders are not refundable.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. If you mention same day delivery then we ship it the same day otherwise next day. For urgent orders you can contact us on our WhatsApp number.

Yes, payment has to be 100% advance as everything is made fresh and according to every customers special request.

Delivery charges are paid by the customer and are not fixed.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order. We deliver through ride services, and their rates vary depending on distance and the type of vehicle required. Smaller items may be shipped via bike (more economical), while larger or delicate items may require a car.

If you prefer not to pay for delivery, you may arrange a pickup from our location or book a ride yourself.
